Ramudden acquires Jade Infra Oy
On July 3, Ramudden signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in the Finnish temporary traffic management and flag guard company, Jade Infra Oy.

Jade Infra was founded in 1991 with a turnover in 2022 of approximately EUR 6.6 million. Jade Infra employs approximately 200 people annually.

Jade Infra will be a subsidiary of the Finnish Ramudden Oy operations. Ramudden Oy offers equipment and services for traffic safety on roads, construction sites and at other infrastructure projects. In 2022, Ramudden Oy had a turnover of EUR 13.9 million and employees approximately 140 people. Ramudden Oy has depots in Helsinki, Turku, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Oulu, Vaasa, Kuopio and Villmanstrand.
